Based in Los Angeles, John will expand Mesirow's healthcare coverage by leveraging his extensive industry knowledge and deep transactional expertise across medical devices, diagnostics, and healthcare services. John will partner with Lance Bell, and together they will co-lead Mesirow's healthcare sector coverage.

John brings more than 25 years of investment banking experience, having executed many notable healthcare transactions spanning mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts, restructurings, and capital raises. Prior to joining Mesirow, John was a Managing Director in the healthcare practice of Stout's Investment Banking group. He has also held leadership roles as Head of Healthcare at CRT Capital Group and Head of Medical Device Investment Banking at CIBC World Markets/Oppenheimer.
