After 9/11, The DHS was created by the Bush administration. Metal Defender provides Walk Through Metal Detectors to Government Agencies, Schools, Entertainment Venues and many more public safety deployments.
The Development Designation by DHS Safety Act is proof of Metal Defender's technology. The technology uses low frequency electromagnetic fields to aid in detecting metal-containing threat objects on screened individuals. The technology makes detections by measuring disturbances in the generated electromagnetic fields due to the presence of metal. In the event of a detection, the technology provides a visual and/or audible alarm.
