MetoKote™ Corporation Announces Network Infrastructure Upgrade

LIMA, Ohio, June 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- MetoKote Corporation, the world's largest custom coating supplier, has announced new network agreements with Level 3 Communications, Time Warner Cable and PERRY proTECH to provide wide area network connections to its 29 production facilities around the globe.

MetoKote will be transitioning to a hybrid network consisting of MPLS and fiber connections that will further enhance system performance and reliability.  As part of this move, MetoKote will install a fully functional remote hot site that will duplicate all critical business systems needed for daily global operation. This hot site will house both active and stand-by systems to allow MetoKote to ensure immediate disaster recovery from any event that interrupts communications between our plant facilities, our customers, and our corporate offices.
