The 101 Best and brightest Companies to Word For awards competition provides Metro Detroit community businesses the opportunity to gain recognition and illustrate why they are the best and brightest company to work for.  Arrow Strategies, along with all of the other honored organizations are put through a three-fold application process, which included companies being nominated by individuals, the company's human resource departments completing and submitting and extensive survey along with an employee roster, as well as company employees being randomly selected to complete a survey on how they feel about their work environment.  Once the results are collected, each application is statistically examined for quantitative data and scoring.  All applications are examined on a point system and those receiving the highest points are selected as the winners.  The highest points assigned in each category are selected and recognized as an Elite Winner.  There is one overall winner that awarded the Best of the Best, because they have excelled in every category and scoring in significantly higher in all areas.
