MG West to Acquire Unisource Solutions' Northern California Operations

SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 23, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- MG West, a Preferred Haworth dealership, and provider of a wide range of ancillary furniture along with project management and creative solutions, today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Unisource Solutions' Northern California Operations, in an all-cash transaction at an undisclosed amount. The agreement was unanimously approved by both parties following a thorough review of a full range of strategic, financial, and capital structure alternatives.
