Miami Children's Health Foundation To Honor Legendary Singer Jose Feliciano At 10th Anniversary Diamond Ball

Ranked among the top fundraisers in Florida and one the most anticipated charity events of the season, the gala will serve as backdrop for the induction of world-renowned virtuoso guitarist, singer, and composer Jose Feliciano into the Ambassador David M. Walters International Pediatric Hall of Fame. The gala will also feature Miami native and co-host of "The Insider" on CBS, Louis Aguirre as Master of Ceremonies, and will include a live performance by the evening's honoree.

Named after MCH Foundation's founder, the Ambassador David M. Walters International Pediatric Hall of Fame was created in 1986 to recognize and honor individuals who have made significant contributions to the health and happiness of children and it is the highest honor bestowed by the foundation.

Mr. Feliciano will join the ranks of Walt Disney, Dwyane Wade, Beyoncé Knowles and Armando Christian Perez "Pitbull," and will be honored for his commitment to helping children through the Jose M. and Susan L. Feliciano Charitable Foundation for Children and the Arts and for his achievements in the world of music. Mr. Feliciano is recognized as the first Latin Artist to cross over into the English music market, opening the doors for other entertainers who now play an important role in the American music industry.

Guests and celebrities will experience a 'black-tie costume' affair, with a stylish cocktail soiree featuring entertainment, silent auction and much more.
