Michael Borts Joins Trascent as Managing Director, APAC
With extensive experience in business and technology transformation consulting, Borts to lead firm's Asia Pacific division & develop new tech consulting practice
SOMERVILLE, N.J., Feb. 23, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Trascent Management Consulting, LLC ("Trascent"), trascent.com, a global management consulting firm focused on performance improvements in Real Estate and Facilities Management (RE/FM), today announced Michael Borts has joined the firm as Managing Director, Asia Pacific ("APAC"). Mr. Borts brings substantial consulting, finance, business and technology transformation experience to Trascent.
Based in Singapore, Michael will be responsible for spearheading and growing the firm's APAC consulting practice, where he will provide leadership for client engagements focused on RE/FM transformation, digitization of RE/FM and structuring complex outsourcing arrangements. In addition, Michael will lead the development of a new technology focused consulting practice within Trascent that aims to define how technology can disrupt and transform RE/FM.
Throughout his consulting career, Michael's focus has been on business transformation, business process optimization ("BPO") and customer experience enhancement – through the use of technology. As part of this, Michael has conducted BPO and Shared Services engagements across a broad range of financial support functions.
Prior to joining Trascent, Michael was Senior Executive at Capgemini, the global technology transformation firm, where he led the business transformation practice out of New York City. Prior to that, Michael held senior roles at Ernst & Young, Accenture and Citibank.
