Michael Vandiver of SecureWorks Honored with the Atlanta Business Chronicle's 'CFO of the Year' Award for Medium Private Company

ATLANTA, June 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Atlanta-based SecureWorks®, a leading, global provider of security services protecting 2,800 clients worldwide, announced today that Michael Vandiver, SecureWorks Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has been named the winner of the prestigious Atlanta Business Chronicle's CFO of the Year Award in the category of  medium private company.  The award is designed to recognize the achievements of Atlanta's top CFOs and acknowledge their outstanding contributions to their organizations.

The Atlanta Business Chronicle's CFO of the Year Awards, in affiliation with the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), recognizes CFOs who have contributed to their company's growth and business, as well as endeavored to improve quality of service within the company and around the community. Winners are chosen by an ACG-led panel of judges who are experts in the financial field. The 2010 Atlanta CFO of the Year Awards were presented by the Atlanta Business Chronicle and the ACG on Friday, June 4 at the Grand Hyatt Buckhead during a breakfast.  Winners were chosen in seven categories: Public Company (Medium & Large Categories), Private Company (Small, Medium & Large Categories), Non-Profit, and Community Service.
