Mid-America Service Solutions Chooses aptitude™ Platform for Contracting for Hospital Supplies

IRVING, Texas, Aug. 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Mid-America Service Solutions (MSS), the nation's largest regional coalition representing 120 hospitals with more than $4 billion in annual supply spend, has become the latest purchasing group to sign up and act on cost reduction opportunities through aptitude LLC, healthcare's online direct contracting market, to increase speed to value.

The agreement raises the total supply spend expenditure of participating hospitals in the aptitude market to more than $14 billion.
