His track record of leading successful transactions across multi-location healthcare providers and private equity-backed consolidations makes him a key addition to MidCap's growing healthcare advisory team.

Prior to joining MidCap, Mr. Groberg most recently served as Business Development Manager at Pinnacle Fertility and previously served as Founder and Managing Member of RSGAdvisors, LLC, where he provided transaction advisory and interim CFO services to private and public companies.
