Mike Harris Named President of DDB's U.S. West Coast Operations

NEW YORK, Aug. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- DDB Worldwide announced today that Mike Harris has joined DDB as President of DDB West, which is comprised of DDB San Francisco, DDB Los Angeles and Tribal DDB's West Coast operations. Harris will be based out of San Francisco and shares responsibility for running the West Coast operations with Mary Moudry, CEO of DDB West. He will initially focus his efforts on the work for existing clients and new business.

Harris is joining DDB from twofifteenmccann in San Francisco, where he was Partner and Chief Strategy Officer leading the strategy and new business development efforts for the agency across multiple brands.

Prior to joining twofifteenmccann in 2003, Harris was Director of Strategy at TBWA\Chiat\Day, part of the TBWA Worldwide unit of the Omnicom Group in San Francisco, where he was initially hired as a Group Account Director overseeing clients such as Adidas, Fox Sports Net and Mars.

His work has been recognized with a number of industry awards, including multiple Grand Prix at Cannes, Best in Show recognition at award shows such as the One Show, CLIOs, GRANDYs, Effie Awards and Euro Effies for multiple clients. A graduate of Arizona State University, Harris holds a BS in Marketing and Advertising.
