MIKE MAROONE HONDA TO HOST 8TH ANNUAL SHOW FOR HABITAT FOR HUMANITY
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Oct. 8, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Mike Maroone Honda proudly announces the 8th Annual Charity Honda & Acura Show benefiting Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity, taking place Sunday, October 12, from 10 AM to 3 PM at Mike Maroone Honda, 1103 Academy Park Loop, Colorado Springs.
Building on last year's success – which raised $17,000 for the Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity Veterans Build – this year's event promises an even greater impact for local veterans and families.
Car enthusiasts from across the region will showcase their Honda and Acura vehicles spanning from the 1980s to today. Judging and awards will be held at 2 PM, featuring categories such as People's Choice, Most Unique, and Best Race Car. The family-friendly day also includes face painting, a Hot Wheels play area, tug-of-war competitions, local food vendors, and live music.
All proceeds will benefit the Habitat for Humanity Veterans House, supporting affordable housing, job opportunities, and advocacy for local veterans.
"This event has become one of the highlights of our year, not just because of the incredible cars, but because of what it represents," said Zach Lewis of Mike Maroone Honda. "Our team feels strongly about giving back to veterans and families who have given so much for all of us. To see our community come together in support year after year is truly inspiring."
"The partnership with Mike Maroone Honda makes a real, tangible difference for veterans in our community," said Iain Probert, Chief Strategy Officer at Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity. "Every dollar raised helps us build safe, stable housing for those who have served America. The fact that it's done through a day of celebration, family fun, and community spirit makes it even more special."
