Mike Paley to Lead Shopper Strategy for The Marketing Arm's Retail and Events Group

DALLAS, June 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Mike Paley has joined The Marketing Arm as Senior Vice President/Strategy, a new position inside the agency's retail and events group.

In his new role, Paley will lead The Marketing Arm's shopper events team, defining and creating strategies that drive client business.  His responsibilities also include the identification of long-term strategic growth initiatives and brand development.

Paley previously served as chief marketing officer for Square One Advertising, a Dallas-based advertising agency, where he focused on strategy and brand planning, shopper marketing, and consumer and customer insights.  During his 10 years at Square One, Paley worked with a number of major brands, including Miller Brewing Company, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Cargill Meat Solutions, Butterball, and Halls.

He has additional experience with Tracy Locke, Ackerman McQueen, Host Communications, and Philip Morris USA.
