BALTIMORE, Dec. 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Miles & Stockbridge P.C. announced today that it acted as legal counsel to Agency Consulting Group (ACG) and Objective Solutions Inc. (OSI) in their recent sales to Vistronix, LLC, a leading provider of intelligence and technology solutions to national security agencies in the federal space. ACG and OSI represented two of the three  acquisitions effected by Vistronix on December 10, 2014. Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
