Martinez operates the business alongside general manager, Marina De Leon.

Martinez moved from Puerto Rico to New York City as an infant. He served in the Army from 1988-1992 before moving on to the Navy in 1996 to fulfill his dream of being a naval flight officer. Martinez has an associate's in criminal justice from Georgia Military College and a bachelor's in psychology from Augusta State University. He also received his post-doctorate as a Director of Corporate Security (DSE) from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid, Spain. Prior to franchise ownership, Martinez had an extensive career in law enforcement and security, having worked for the United States Secret Service, Richmond County Sheriff's Department and Augusta Police Department.
