Millar, Inc. Announces the Sale of Life Sciences Telemetry Product Line to Kaha Sciences

HOUSTON, Dec. 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Millar, Inc., a leader in medical device manufacturing, today announces the sale of the life sciences telemetry product division to Kaha Sciences, located in Auckland, New Zealand. The transition of this product line from Millar will be complete by Dec. 31, 2017.

This change in Millar's product portfolio continues the company strategy to focus all efforts on growing the clinical and OEM business segments. The company began moving in this direction earlier this year with the launch of the OEM division and MillarOEM.com website.

Kaha Sciences has employed several key Millar telemetry staff that previously supported the product line, ensuring customers with the same level of dedicated service, support and knowledge. In addition, the return and appointment of Joe Simonetta as CEO of Kaha Sciences provides a consistent transition due to his understanding of the telemetry product, market and customers.
