DALLAS, March 15, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Mimi's, the popular neighborhood cafe offering French-inspired American comfort food, will treat guests of all ages to Easter eggs filled with jelly beans in every bread basket all day on Sunday, March 27. To keep the spirit of family celebration going at home, guests will also receive gifts of a Mimi's Apple Oat Crumble Muffin square and a make-at-home recipe of Salmon with Fresh Spring Herbs.

Easter day after 11:00 a.m., Mimi's offers a three-course menu for $16.99 for adults and $8.99 for children featuring a French twist with the addition of Grilled Atlantic Salmon to the classic American favorite line up of Hickory Smoked Ham and Hand Carved Turkey.

Explains Stewart Slocum, CMO of Mimi's, "While Easter Bunnies are symbolic of the holiday in America, the French tend to celebrate with symbols of fish. At Mimi's, we offer a three-course menu with Grilled Atlantic Salmon along with traditional American favorites."

Mimi's guests will start with choice of cup of soup, House salad or Caesar salad, before moving onto the main entrée, which includes a choice of:

  • Grilled Atlantic Salmon with a Chardonnay Dijon sauce, sautéed garlic spinach and roasted potatoes

  • Hickory Smoked Ham with orange-Dijon glaze, whipped mashed potatoes, buttered cornbread stuffing and sautéed green beans with bacon and caramelized onions.

Dessert course is Croissant bread pudding.
