Mina Mar Group proudly launches the ICE initiative to address ongoing nagging issues encumbering public small micro cap companies quoted on OTCBB and Pink Sheets. Such issues include short sales, overselling, naked short sales and stock bashers, which time and time again diminish the stock values of the effected public companies. Recently, laws prohibiting short selling have passed in Germany and Hong Kong. ICE intends to petition US authorities to consider similar protection for small micro cap issuers.
