Mindray Announces Partnership with Epiphany Cardiography Products, LLC

SHENZHEN, China, Nov. 28, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- Mindray Medical International Limited (NYSE:MR), a leading developer, manufacturer and marketer of medical devices worldwide, today announced a strategic North American partnership with Epiphany Cardiography Products, LLC, of Midlothian, Virginia. Under this partnership, Mindray's 12-Lead cardiac monitoring data will be integrated into Epiphany's pure web browser-based, user-friendly Cardio Server application, which receives, manages and exports diagnostic test results from over 100 devices to Electronic Medical Records (EMRs).

Mindray's 12-Lead cardiac monitoring data, which includes continuous 12-Lead ST and arrhythmia analyses, allows users to get a picture of patients' hearts before they exhibit symptoms, or as they recover. Cardio Server lets users acquire, edit, confirm and print quality 12-Lead ECGs from virtually anywhere as long as they have access to a web browser. In addition, ECGs are accessible from the iPad™, iPhone™ or Android™ devices. Such ease of access can save time and even lives in face of cardiac problems.
