Mindray Medical International Limited Announces Pricing of a Public Offering of American Depositary Shares

SHENZHEN, China, March 4 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- Mindray Medical International Limited (NYSE: MR) ("Mindray" or the "Company"), a leading developer, manufacturer and marketer of medical devices worldwide, today announced the pricing of a public offering of 4,000,000 American depositary shares ("ADSs"), representing 4,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company, at $38.20 per ADS. In addition, Mindray has granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 600,000 American depositary shares to cover over-allotments, if any. Mindray intends to use the proceeds from the offering for business development and general corporate purposes.

Jefferies & Company, Inc. is acting as sole book-running manager in this offering.
