Mobilis Networks Appoints Michael Nieset to Board of Directors

SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 2, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Mobilis Networks Ltd (Mobilis), a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company delivering mobile payments and commerce solutions globally, announced the appointment of Michael Nieset, a Partner with Heidrick & Struggles, to its board of directors.  Based in Silicon Valley, Michael is a member of the firm's global CEO and Board Services Practice.  During his twelve-year tenure with the firm, he has led a number of the firm's global practices, including the Technology Practice, Internet & Digital Media Practice, and Software Practice.  His practice area is focused on mid- and large-cap companies, both public and private equity-backed, and selectively with high growth early stage companies.
