Two panels will show how banks, credit unions and accounting firms are turning HubSpot into a revenue engine, drawing on findings from the 2026 State of Financial Services Growth report produced with HubSpot
WEST CHESTER, Pa., Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Mole Street, an Elite HubSpot Solutions Partner and technology consultancy for financial services, and Kinective, the company delivering intelligent banking to over 4,300 banks and credit unions every day , today announced Breakfast is FinServed, a private breakfast for financial services leaders taking place during Unbound 2026 in Boston. The event will be held Thursday, September 17, 2026, from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. ET in The Momentum Room on the 5th floor of the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport, with support from HubSpot, Fin and Introhive.
Breakfast is FinServed brings together marketing and growth leaders from banks, credit unions and accounting firms for two panel discussions built around a single question: How do financial services organizations get real revenue out of HubSpot? The answers come from the people doing the work, including CMOs and marketing leaders who have led implementations, migrations and firm-wide adoption inside regulated environments.
Mole Street has spent years helping financial services companies implement HubSpot, migrate to HubSpot from legacy platforms, and connect the platform to the data and processes that drive growth. That work spans banks, credit unions, wealth and accounting firms, and it has produced measurable results: cleaner pipelines, faster follow-up, better attribution and more revenue from existing relationships. Kinective adds the missing piece for many institutions, connecting core banking data to the systems marketing and sales teams use daily.
Two panels, one goal: revenue
Panel 1: Unlock Your Core Data: Turning Member and Client Insights into Revenue (8:00 to 8:30 a.m.)
Most financial institutions are sitting on rich core banking data they cannot use for marketing. This panel looks at how banks and credit unions are bringing that data into HubSpot to run targeted, timely campaigns, what realistic integration timelines look like, and how marketing teams gain the autonomy to act on insights without waiting on IT. Panelists include Susan Song, CMO of Keesler Federal Credit Union; Anna Grant Jones, CMO of Vallant Bank; and Gordon Flammer, SVP Product Strategy at Kinective. Brendan Walsh, Co-Founder and CRO of Mole Street, will moderate.
"The most valuable data a financial institution owns is locked in its core, and for too long it has been out of reach for the teams responsible for growth," Flammer said. "When that data flows into HubSpot, marketing can finally reach the right member or client with the right message at the right time. We are glad to co-host this conversation with Mole Street and share what institutions are already accomplishing."
Panel 2: HubSpot and Accounting Firms: Lessons from the Marketers Who Led the Transformation (8:40 to 9:10 a.m.)
Accounting firms face a particular challenge with CRM: Partners own the relationships, and adoption depends on winning them over. This candid conversation covers firm-wide adoption, change management, HubSpot implementation and the lessons learned along the way, told by the marketers who led the effort. Panelists include Sam Crist, Marketing Manager at Blue & Co., and Tiffany Garavaglia, Marketing Automation Specialist at Anders. Lissa Robinson, Engagement Manager at Mole Street, will moderate.
"Financial services marketers have heard plenty of promises about what a CRM can do. What they want now is proof, and that is what this breakfast is built around," said Brian LaPann, Co-Founder and CEO of Mole Street. "We have helped banks, credit unions and accounting firms implement HubSpot, migrate to it and tie it to revenue, and the leaders on these panels have lived through that process. Anyone in the room will leave with a clearer picture of what it takes to turn platform investment into growth."
Backed by new research on what drives growth in financial services
The panel themes reflect findings from The State of Financial Services Growth, a 2026 report co-authored by Mole Street and HubSpot. Based on a survey of 270 U.S. financial services leaders, the report found that retention and acquisition are running neck and neck as top priorities, with 41 percent of leaders focused on retaining and expanding existing relationships and 40 percent on acquiring new clients and members. Leaders named personalized recommendations and communications as the highest client expectation to meet, yet most firms said they lack the ability to deliver those experiences at scale. Compliance is no longer the dominant obstacle to growth. Instead, leaders pointed to difficulty proving ROI on marketing technology, fragmented or poor quality data, and legacy systems as their biggest barriers, and one in five ranked AI and CRM tools as their top investment for competitive advantage.
