Molly Maid Sends Teddy Bears to Children Affected by Domestic Violence

ANN ARBOR, Mich., Oct. 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Molly Maid, the nation's largest residential cleaning company, is giving people the chance to make a difference in the lives of children affected by domestic violence during National Domestic Violence Awareness month.

Starting Oct. 1, for every $25 donated through this program to the Ms. Molly Foundation, the company's charitable arm, Molly Maid will send a teddy bear to a child victim of domestic violence, helping to make life a little more bearable.

The teddy bear fundraiser is part of Molly Maid's annual Making a Difference Drive, in which the franchise helps raise money and awareness about the growing number of children affected by this national issue. Each tax-deductible donation of $25 will give a child in a shelter a Chelsea Teddy Bear and tote bag. The remaining proceeds will be donated to the shelter as a financial contribution.
