Monark and ViewTrade Announce Strategic Partnership to Expand Global Access to Private Markets

NEW YORK, April 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Monark, an "Alts-As-A-Service" API platform providing broker dealers and wealth management platforms seamless access to private markets, announces a strategic distribution partnership with ViewTrade.

Through the ViewTrade partnership, Monark's API combined with ViewTrade's proprietary technology will enable the ViewTrade business community to access alternative investments from within their existing ViewTrade technology solution. This ViewTrade partnership creates a global solution that will span over 30 countries servicing more than 300 business-to-business clients globally, including technology startups, large banks, brokers, and advisors.

With an initial focus on the pre-IPO market, Monark and ViewTrade will work to expand access to private markets, which has historically been accessible to only institutions. With fewer IPOs and more companies staying private for longer, some investors have been locked out of the estimated $16T of private market AUM across private equity, infrastructure, real estate and private credit. The market for pre-IPO companies is a growing $4T market, according to Statista Research, and includes innovative private companies like SpaceX, OpenAI, Perplexity, Epic Games and Anduril.
