("Kavitha"). The lease finances Kavitha's jewelry inventory for its expansion in the UAE, with further expansion planned through 2027.

Kavitha is a well-established regional jewelry retailer founded in 1976 in South India. It operates 12 showrooms across India and 2 showrooms in Dubai and Sharjah, with plans to expand its retail presence across key UAE locations through 2027.
