The bond has a 3-year term and offers investors an annual interest rate of 5.75%, paid in physical gold. Monetary Metals will use the proceeds to repay the old bond, implement a gold warehouse facility to fund new and existing leases in their gold yield marketplace, finance new growth opportunities, and as working capital.
