FREEHOLD, N.J., Sept. 6, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation (NYSE: MNR) today announced the acquisition of a brand new 373,750 square foot industrial building located at 650 Braselton Parkway, Braselton, GA at a purchase price of $61,113,264. The property is net-leased for 15 years to FedEx Ground Packaging System, Inc., a Delaware corporation. The building is situated on approximately 93 acres.
