Monroe Street Market's First Community, Brookland Works, Commences Leasing

GREENBELT, Md., April 29, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Bozzuto Group, Abdo Development and Pritzker Realty Group today announced that Brookland Works, the first of three luxury apartment communities that will make up Monroe Street Market, has commenced residential leasing.

Monroe Street Market is a multi-phase, mixed-use development located on five city blocks in Washington, D.C., adjacent to the Brookland-CUA Metro station.  The development is transforming The Catholic University of America's South Campus into a vibrant mixed-use, transit-oriented community.
