Brad Topchik joins the Greenwich office, expanding senior banking team

GREENWICH, Conn., Jan. 24, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Mooreland Partners, a global technology focused investment banking firm, announced today that Brad Topchik has joined the firm as a Managing Director, based in the Greenwich, CT office. Brad's arrival strengthens Mooreland Partners' North America business as well as its Transatlantic franchise.

Brad joins Mooreland Partners from Jefferies & Company, the global investment bank, where he was a Senior Vice President in the Mergers & Acquisitions group working exclusively with companies in the technology segment.

At Jefferies, Brad executed numerous transactions involving both private and publicly-listed technology companies in North America, Europe, and Asia and spanning multiple transaction types including acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, buyouts, private placements and restructurings. Brad also has significant domain expertise in a number of technology sub-segments including information security, business software, e-commerce, and digital content. Prior to his time at Jefferies, Brad was a member of the software practice group at Broadview International, a global technology sector-focused M&A advisory and investment firm, since acquired by Jefferies.
