Mooreland Partners Promotes Senior Bankers in Europe Team

LONDON, Jan. 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Mooreland Partners (http://www.moorelandpartners.com), the leading independent investment bank providing M&A and private capital advisory services to the global technology industry, today announced the promotion of two of its London-based senior banking professionals, Louis Jeng and Fabian Zimmer, to the position of Executive Director.

Mr. Jeng joined Mooreland in 2011, and is a member of the firm's Enterprise Software and Industrial Technologies and Electronics teams. Since joining Mooreland, he has completed M&A transactions for clients throughout Europe. Jeng is a Singaporean and speaks fluent Mandarin and Cantonese, and therefore also plays a key role facilitating cross-border transactions involving Chinese and Asian counterparties.  

Mr. Zimmer joined Mooreland in 2008, and is a member of the firm's Enterprise Software and Industrial Technologies and Electronics teams.  A German national, he plays a key role in sourcing and executing transactions in German-speaking Europe.  Since joining Mooreland, Zimmer has completed nearly 20 transactions across many technology sub-sectors including enterprise software, semiconductors, digital media and communications technologies.
