TUSTIN, Calif., Aug. 27, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- mophie, LLC, a global company that is the market leader in the smartphone and tablet portable power management segment, filed a lawsuit Monday in a California federal court against LivingSocial, Inc. and Source Vista for selling knock-off products. The suit alleges infringement of mophie's trade dress and trademarks and seeks monetary damages and an injunction against further infringing sales of products.
