More Than 100 Executive Compensation Professionals Earn WorldatWork CECP

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Dec. 12, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals® announced today that more than100 human resource professionals have successfully earned the prestigious designation of Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP)™. Launched in 2010, CECP is a professional certification designed for HR and rewards practitioners to signify mastery of executive compensation strategy, plan design, administration and evaluation.

As of December 2012, 114 executive compensation and HR professionals from companies such as American Express, Intel, Heinz, JC Penney, Fed X, Applied Materials, and Time Warner Cable have passed the competency-based CECP exam.
