Cemex SAB de CV (NYSE:CX) has announced expiration of cash tender offer for purchasing €220 million of 9.625% Senior Secured Notes due 2017 issued by CEMEX Finance LLC.

The offer expired on October 23, 2013 and the firm has been advised that a total of €181,205,000 of 2017 Notes were given out in tender offer.

The firm is looking to accept all valid tendered notes for purchase. The final settlement date for 2017 Notes would be October 25, 2013 and holders would get unpaid interest as well as accrued interest.
