With more than 30,000 certified service technicians operating in the U.S., MSS will begin rolling out ProntoForms™ from AT&T to help mobilize and automate critical supporting documents and details around each move.

Developed in collaboration with TrueContext, a pioneer in the creation and utilization of Mobile Data Collection applications, ProntoForms from AT&T provides companies with an easy-to-use solution for mobilizing data collection processes previously managed on paper. MSS technicians can install the application on virtually any mobile device and use it to prepare and submit service paperwork that requires signatures or inventory paperwork detailing the condition of the items to be serviced, capture photos of critical assemblies to help ensure consistent quality at destination, and confirm completion of relocation services from the customer residence. Other available features include bar code scanning, signature capture and customized information collection.
