HORSHAM, Pa., March 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- MRA Realty Advisors, an MRA Group affiliate, represented Cedar Crest Professional Park VII, LP in the $45,000,000 refinancing of a seven building, 682,000 square foot professional office campus. MRA provided financial and valuation analysis, deal term structuring and closing coordination.
