SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 5, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Skyline Group International is excited to recognize MSCI for their success in deploying the Coaching for Leadership (C4L) platform.
Committed to increasing employee retention and engagement, employee alignment with the corporate culture, professional skill development, MSCI created the Accelerate Leadership Development Program (ALDP). The 4-5 month C4L component of the ALDP comprised the core of ALDP.
Annie Abrams, Vice President, Skyline Group International, shared "Each participant, after debriefing their C4L 360s with their coach, and receiving alignment from their managers, selected three leadership competencies/goals of the 28 Skyline Leadership Competencies to focus on throughout their C4L program. Their online learning was then customized to allow participants to focus, with the support of their coach, on moving their selected competencies/goals from a foundational level to a sustainable transformational level of development."
"Those who have participated in the Accelerate Leadership Development Program coaching program reported that their self-awareness of their leadership behaviors greatly increased and that they feel more confident about what they need to do to continue to develop as leaders," said Mike Calamari, Global Head of Talent Management, MSCI. "The program culminated with a summit in New York City this fall where participants came together to engage our Executive Team on ideas to tackle some of our most important strategic challenges. This investment in top talent is helping us build a stronger pipeline of future leaders. Skyline Group's C4L allowed us to develop our leaders in a scalable and cost effective way."
