MW Industries, Inc. Announces Relocation Of Corporate Headquarters To Chicago Area

CHICAGO, Sept. 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- MW Industries, Inc., a leading U.S. manufacturer of highly engineered specialty springs and fasteners, announced today the relocation of its corporate headquarters to the Chicago area in a move that will provide a new base of operations and better situate the company to achieve its aggressive growth plans.  The new offices are located at 9501 Technology Boulevard in Rosemont, IL.

MW, a portfolio company of Genstar Capital, has implemented a number of strategic enhancements and completed acquisitions that have already strengthened the company. The Company acquired Pontotoc Spring, a leading manufacturer of aftermarket coil springs and manufacturer of metal stampings for industrial, consumer and automotive applications; the assets of Hi-Tech Machine, a precision machining business that serves the medical, aerospace, military/defense and hand power tool markets, and; Economy Spring, a manufacturer of springs using advanced, high-tech coiling applications, metal stampings, and wire forms serving predominantly the medical end-market.

The Rosemont Corporate Center is a modern, highly energy efficient building located near Chicago's O'Hare Airport and hotels that will allow for expedited travel and accommodations for its employees and customers.  MW will occupy approximately 8,000 square feet in the building whose primary tenant is Cisco Systems.  MW Industries' previous headquarters was located in Logansport, Indiana.
