MZ has always seen sustainability as an essential part of organizational management, which aims to create value to the company and its stakeholders by managing risks and expanding the business' competitive advantages. For this reason, MZ identified the need to further develop the services - as well as create additional ones - offered in the area of sustainability, so as to help its clients develop and implement a business strategy based on risk management and sustainability.

The strategic sustainability and risk management consulting projects will be led by Vanessa Callau, who has 13 years of expertise in organizational sustainability in large companies and consulting firms, having completed graduate programs in this field at the Harvard Extension School and FGV-SP, with projects awarded by the Financial Times and IFC.
