VIENNA, Va., March 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Registration is open for the annual conference of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the leading professional association dedicated to improving the quality of legal services for older adults and individuals with disabilities. The two-day event, held in Bellevue, Washington, May 8-9, will offer attendees the opportunity to earn up to 10 continuing legal education (CLE) credits while learning about some of the most timely and impactful issues facing attorneys serving older adults, people with disabilities, and their families.
Conference sessions will include topics such as:

Additionally, Matthew Goerke, a renowned memory expert, will deliver the keynote speech. The creator of the Memory Switch Program, Goerke will share proven techniques to help attorneys build instant recall memory.
Before the conference, attendees can take part in an intensive, one-day workshop on mastering complex trusts. The May 7 workshop, which is available for an additional fee, will offer the latest techniques on asset protection, benefits preservation, and tax optimization when planning trusts.
