NAS Investment Solutions Acquires Northwest Arkansas Office Property

BENTONVILLE, Ark., Dec. 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- NAS Investment Solutions, has purchased a 30,829 square foot office building in Bentonville, Arkansas along with five tenants-in-common (TIC) co-owners.

Constructed in 2016, the building is solely occupied by a Fortune 500 Company and is situated on a 4.03-acre lot.  The property features a modern, brick-and-glass architectural design and is located in close proximity to Interstate Highway 45 in Bentonville.

Terms of financing include a 10-year loan at a fixed rate of 4.31%.
