NASCO Celebrates 25 Years in the Healthcare Industry and is Named One of the AJC's Top Workplaces for 2012

ATLANTA, April 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Today NASCO is happy to celebrate 25 years in the healthcare industry. Formed April 24, 1987, through a partnership among several Blue Cross® and Blue Shield® (BCBS) Plans, NASCO provides information technology solutions designed to ensure that Plan members' insurance claims are paid accurately and efficiently.

Over the last 25 years, NASCO has earned the reputation of being an industry leader in closing the healthcare payer gap by exclusively offering BCBS Plans a total payer solution – an integrated claims processing system, a highly configurable membership solution and a multitude of performance-based services.
