New technology provides customers with convenience in obtaining vehicle hail damage estimates following recent hail storm

Nationwide members who experienced hail damage may call 1-800-421-3535 to report your claim and set up a time to evaluate their vehicle. Nationwide representatives will be on hand to review the damage to each vehicle, drive the vehicle through the mobile scanner, and share a report illustrating the number of dents on the vehicle, their size and location. The scan process reduces the amount of time it traditionally takes to complete the hail damage estimate process.


Following the severe storms that brought hail to Arlington, Texas and the surrounding areas, including Fort Worth, Nationwide is sending its automated mobile hail estimating unit, which uses the latest in high definition computer technology to assess any hail damage to vehicles.
