Natural Grocers Grand Opening Celebration on June 28

LAKEWOOD, Colo., June 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Natural Grocers will open a new store in Fort Worth, Texas on Tuesday, June 28. The company, which already has 20 stores in the state of Texas, will employ 28 people at this location. The store will open at 8 a.m. and is located at 2501 West 7th Street.

In celebration of the June 28 grand opening, Natural Grocers will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 7:55 a.m. and will then distribute mystery gift cards to the first 50 customers in line. Gift cards will be in the amount of $5, $10, $25, $50 and $100. Customers won't know the amount of their gift card until they check out.

Grand Opening Celebrations
The June 28 store opening will begin with a live performance by local band Groove! HD, from 8 to 10 a.m.

Additional opening day activities include:

10 a.m. to noon - Rise and Shine, Its Muffin Time!
1 to 3 p.m. - Paleo Wraps Tasting
Noon to 4 p.m. Vendor demonstrations throughout the store

Opening day celebrations will be followed by a month-long series of free, grand opening events, including food tastings, cooking demonstrations and nutrition classes with nutrition experts. The store will also feature weekly health fairs on Saturdays from noon to 4p.m., for the first month:

July 2 - Gluten-Free Summer Favorites
July 9 - Texas Proud Products Fair
July 16 - The good4u Food Revolution Fair
July 23 - Paleo Fair

Natural Grocers will provide the Fort Worth community with fresh produce that is 100% USDA Certified Organic, as well as other healthy, always affordable, organic and natural products.
