During the first year of the partnership, the Ness team demonstrated its leadership by collaborating with SmartPros on their transition to the Agile software product development methodology. The combined team assisted in the development of SmartPros' new iReflect platform, which enables custom video role-play training scenarios.

The Ness Software Product Lab supports software product development, quality assurance, content development, and IT support for several SmartPros products. In addition to the work on the new iReflect platform, the Ness team played a role in the latest release of the SmartPros' Portal, working on development and testing of new features, as well as on the webinar tools that enable SmartPros' online training content.
