Neudesic Announces New Release For The Firm Directory At ILTACON 2017

LAS VEGAS, Aug. 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Neudesic, creator of The Firm Directory, a profile-based experience discovery system powered by the award-winning Pulse enterprise social platform, announced the availability of the Summer 2017 Release today at ILTACON 2017. The new release enhances and simplifies The Firm Directory's data processing and integration strategy, adds a new SharePoint web part and gives customers a new way to add and modify users.

"Our goal is to give firms new and better ways to import and extract their experience data. We added new integrations capabilities and a new Sharepoint web part to give firms more ways to discover and leverage their experience data, and ultimately, to help break down knowledge silos."

The Summer 2017 Release improves data processing, optimizes API performance and reimagines data ingress and egress, giving law firms and legal departments a better way to import, manage and extract experience data. Database syncs are also reduced, now detecting actual changes to the data warehouse and importing only changed records.

The Firm Directory now ships with new support for webhooks, allowing firms to more easily subscribe to different events, or publish to an application, website or other source system using preferred integration technologies, like Intapp Integrate, Neuron ESB, BizTalk, and Azure Logic Apps. Creating custom connectors has been simplified, allowing firms to extract data using APIs and write data to systems of record.

The Summer 2017 Release also adds a new People Picker web part for SharePoint that includes two ways to display attorneys and staff. And provisioning new accounts can now be created using a data warehouse or SQL table, as well as via Active Directory.
