Business intelligence (BI) systems and the data they portray often present a challenge due to the large amount of information and multiple sources that contribute to the data. Integrating the power of enterprise social collaboration software with BI systems enables professionals in various industries or scopes of work to accelerate data driven decision-making across their employee, partner and customer communities by asking questions, sharing findings and being alerted to take action on key metrics.

By embedding Neudesic Pulse enterprise social software into iQ's BI systems, iQ customers will have access to all the rich social features of Neudesic Pulse, enabling workers to have a single point of reference to collaborate across departments, geographies and job descriptions to ensure their enterprises are successful.

Both Neudesic and iQ for Business have long and successful histories as Microsoft partners, and this new partnership will capitalize on their expertise to integrate with various Microsoft platforms such as Microsoft SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, Lync and Office. In addition, Neudesic Pulse allows for integration with any line of business application or system and – under the terms of the partnership – Neudesic Pulse customers looking for enterprise social combined with BI features can take advantage of new iQ for Business social features powered by Neudesic Pulse.

The new partnership also signifies continued momentum for the Neudesic Pulse ISV OEM program, which launched last month. The first-of-its-kind partner program enables more companies to share the benefits of Neudesic Pulse with their clients across an unlimited range of industries and software.
