New Book "Unruly" Encourages Readers to Find the Space Between the Rules

When told she wasn't allowed to apply for senior-level federal jobs after she followed her spouse on an overseas military assignment, Wittenberg Weiner launched her company for herself and the other military spouses on base who had plenty of talent and skills to offer.
