New Braunfels Elks to Start Dental Care for the Underserved Population in Our Community

CHICAGO, Jan. 25 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- With some help from the Elks National Foundation, the charitable arm of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, the New Braunfels Elks will provide free dental care to 40 people. There are no other public health clinics in the community that offer this service.

Dental Care for the Underserved Population in Our Community will be funded by an Impact Grant awarded to the New Braunfels Elks by the Elks National Foundation. Impact Grants are the newest addition to the Elks National Foundation's Community Investments Program. They are competitive grants designed to help Elks make a difference in their community. This year, New Braunfels Elks Lodge No. 2279 is one of 49 recipients nationwide to receive an Impact Grant. The grants range from $2,500 to $10,000.
