New Chapter Announces Acquisition of Canadian Distribution Rights

BRATTLEBORO, Vt., Sept. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- New Chapter, Inc. today announced the acquisition of its Canadian distribution rights by its newly formed subsidiary, New Chapter Canada, Inc. New Chapter Canada acquired the distribution rights of New Chapter products from the Canadian company Advantage Health Matters.

The decision to purchase its Canadian distribution rights was influenced by the successful business relationship between Advantage Health Matters President Jerry Zeifman and New Chapter.
