Early in vivo testing results show promise in treating communicating hydrocephalus

Carl Heilman, M.D., Professor and Chairman of the Department of Neurosurgery at Tufts Medical Center, Boston, MA, presented the results of bench-top, cadaver and animal testing that led to the development of the current eShunt System, to an audience of neurosurgical experts attending the annual scientific meeting.
